Family Day Care

About Rosa

Before opening FDC United Educators Scheme, I worked as a Family Day Care Educator. I decided to start my own scheme in the aim of finding like minded educators that want to be part of a very unique boutique service.

This scheme is my passion and has become a big part of my life; in these years of running this service I have met the most amazing like minded educators that have become the foundation of the business.

My strength is the ability to be able to support and guide educators to value themselves, feel confident to grow their business and to never feel isolated in their role.

Why become
an Educator?

Family Day Care Educators work from within their own homes providing Education and Care to children 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

With the assistance of FDC United Educators Scheme educators are supported in setting up their own business or in growing their existing business.

We are committed to making our Educators feel they are part of a family network of caring, supportive individuals and welcome their opinions at all times as a positive way for us to improve and grow together.

Enrol your
Child

Family Day Care operates under the same National Quality Framework (NQF) as all other forms of childcare; incorporating National Regulations, National Quality Standards, qualification standards, educational frameworks and undertaking assessment and rating process.

Families that are eligible for Federal Government Child Care Subsidy are able to receive subsidy for care provided by family day care educators.

FDC United Educators Scheme educators have been carefully selected to provide quality Education and Care in their unique, inspiring, safe and secure play based learning environments. Our educators are dedicated to support busy parents, we want you to feel good about your education and care choice and know that there is no better place for your child to learn and grow.

Acknowledgement of Country

FDC United Educators Scheme acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of New South Wales and the traditional custodians of the Country on which we live, learn, work and play.

We pay our respect to Elders, past, present and emerging. As early childhood educators we arecommitted in practice to this land of Australia  and it's future generations, seeking reconciliation, unity and equity.
